About shipping

We ship to these countries by EMS, DHL, UGX or Kuroneko-international.
Because of various International affairs, delivery companies we have a contract with sometime stop delivery.
In that case, we will let you know by email.

When purchasing multiple items, the shipping fee may not be calculated correctly and could appear higher than the actual cost. In such cases, we will provide guidance separately and issue a partial refund.
If you would like to know the exact shipping fee in advance, please contact us by email with the items you wish to purchase.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The customer has to pay if they are applied.
